International Poultry Scientific Forum to Highlight Latest Industry Research at 2026 IPPE

The poultry industry continues to invest heavily in research to deepen its knowledge of avian health and management, while identifying new strategies to strengthen overall industry performance. These innovations and related topics will be showcased at the International Poultry Scientific Forum (IPSF), held in conjunction with the 2026 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta.

Sponsored by the Southern Poultry Science Society, the Southern Conference on Avian Diseases and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY), IPSF will feature research presentations on key industry areas, including environmental management, nutrition, physiology, pathology, processing and products and avian health.

This day-and-a-half forum kicks off Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, and runs through Tuesday, Jan. 27. Pre-registration is $95 through Jan. 9, 2026. Beginning Jan. 10, registration is $155. Students may attend at no cost by uploading a valid student ID. For additional details or to register, click here.

The 2026 IPPE will take place Jan. 27 – 29 and brings together three trade shows — the International Feed Expo, International Poultry Expo and International Meat Expo — representing the full spectrum of protein production and processing. The event is sponsored by USPOULTRY, the American Feed Industry Association and the Meat Institute.
